Walt Disney World Resorts welcome Pirates and Mermaids to select resorts. New and fun experiences are now available with more fun coming soon for every family member to enjoy.
For the mermaids in the group, guests 4 and older can attend Mermaid School and become a part of Ariel's world. Offered at Disney's Art of Animation, Disney's Caribbean Beach and Disney's Yacht and Beach Club Resorts. Guests will spend time in pool learning how to swin like a mermaid in a swimmable "tail". Classes are available begining mid-March at the cost of $50 per person, plus tax.
Pirates ages 4 to 12 can visit Disney's Beach Club Resort to learn all about treasures and sailin' and swashbucklin' fun as part of Captain Hook's Pirate Crew. A trip through the resort looking for hidden treasure followed by a pirate feast including Cannon Meatballs and specialty desserts can be reserved for $55 per child plus tax, The adventures begin April 28th.
Artists 12 and older can register for master classes led by professional artists. Ranging from $35 to $50 per person, plus tax, guests can create their own masterpiece artwork at the following locations:

Wild About Painting, Disney’s Animal Kingdom Lodge
Painting on de’ Bayou (adults), Painting by the Lagoon (kids), Disney’s Port Orleans – French Quarter Resort. NOTE: children’s painting class is $30 per person (plus tax); designed for ages 6 and older; accompanying parent required.

Fishing enthusiasts can spend time on a guided excursion or fishing from the docks. A 21 foot poontoon or bass fishing boat will take you and up to 4 guests into Disney waters for 2 or 4 hour trips.
