Emilio Estevez is back as Coach Bombay on the original series of "The Mighty Ducks", coming to Disney +. Based on the popular franchise from 90s, the series coming out later this year will team up Estevez with Lauren Graham and Brady Noon. Also joining the cast are Swayam Bhatia, Taegen Burns, Julee Cerda, Bella Higginbotham, Luke Islam, Kiefer O’Reilly, Maxwell Simkins and De’Jon Watts.
The 10 episode series shows the Mighty Ducks as an official powerhouse hockey team playing competitively. 12 year old hockey player, Evan and his mom reach out to Coach Bombay when Evan is cut from the team to put together a new team of misfits and with his help discover the love of the sport.

The upcoming series brings a new group of players including Swayam Bhatia (Succession), Taegen Burns (Dumplin'), Bella Higginbotham (Troop Zero), Kiefer O'Reilly (DC's Legends of Tomorrow), De'Jon Watts (Black Panther), and Maxwell Simkins (The Book of Henry).
